Interesting commentary on the turo tire blowout. I had a customer in a car that wouldn’t start (dead battery issue) and the process was super simple – I called Turo, they covered the tow truck, and I had coffee with the renter. It sounds like your Turo owner wasn’t proactive. This was last week.

Wow… yeah, that’s a completely different experience than I had. Odd, too, since I called Turo first and they told me to call the owner. Very bizarre.
